Adding Recruiter Forms to Workflows
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
Recruiter Forms are used by recruiters to enter details relating to the candidate as they progress through the recruitment process.
Examples of Recruiter Forms include forms designed to capture:
- Interview Times & Dates
- Offer Details
- Contract Details
Recruiter Forms are added to the Workflow at the appropriate stage of the recruitment process.
To add a Recruiter Form:
- Click Libraries > Workflow Library
- Click anywhere on the flow name within the listing to access the Options bar
- Click Edit from the available options
- Click Recruiter Stages tab and then Edit the stage you would like to add forms to
- Click the Additional Forms tab and then Add
- Click your preferred Recruiter Form from the listing and click Use
The Form will now appear in the Additional Forms tab of the Workflow Stage.
To remove a Recruiter Form from a Workflow stage, click the name of the form and then Remove
