Recruiter Forms are used to allow recruiters to input specific details relating to the candidate’s application.
This data can then be used to provide merge information for use in:
Examples of data captured by Recruiter Forms include: Interview Time & Dates, Salary & Benefits Details, scanned copies of Qualification Certificates etc.
Recruiter Forms may not be required for every stage of the recruitment workflow. They depend upon the requirements of the vacancy as determined by the HR Administrator when setting up the workflow.
Use the Rec Forms button in the candidate’s option bar to complete Recruiter Forms.
