Complete a Recruiter Form on a Flow

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

To complete a recruiter form that has been attached to a workflow stage:

  1. Click Candidates and select a job
  2. Find the candidate you need to process in the listing
  3. Click anywhere on the candidate’s details within the listing to access the Options Bar
  4. Click Rec Forms from the available options
  5. If forms are required at the stage, they will appear in the Recruiter Form panel
  6. Click Fill In
  7. The relevant Form will open in a new tab ready for you to complete and save

The completed form will be listed in the Forms tab of the Record Card.

If no recruiter forms are required at the stage, no forms will appear in the panel but the Ad Hoc forms link will always be available.
