Stage Groups

Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.

Candidates are organised into tabbed Stage Groups and are listed in the order that they entered the stage, with newest candidates at the top of the list.

The stage groups are determined during your account setup, based on your preferred recruitment processes.

Example stage groups include:

  • Screening
  • Shortlist
  • Interview
  • Offer
  • Checks
  • Onboarding

Each workflow stage is paired with the appropriate stage group to ensure a smooth progression through the recruitment process.

N.B. Stage Groups can be amended upon request via the Reach Support Team.
