Candidate Listing - The Basics
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
The Candidate Listing displays all of the candidates that have applied for a specific job, organised by the stage they have reached in the recruitment process.
From the Candidate Listing you can:
- Review candidate application forms & files
- Progress candidates through the recruitment process
- Reject candidates from the recruitment process
- Access Candidate Record Cards
- Complete Recruiter Forms
- Perform Batch Actions on multiple candidates
- Search for specific candidates
To access the Candidate Listing, click Candidates from the main menu at the top of the page and then click a job title.
N.B. Use the Quick Search box to quickly find a candidate.
