Candidate Record Card - The Basics
Hover underlined items to view a definition of the word or phrase.
The Record Card allows the recruiter to:
- Instantly view the candidate’s current status and contact details
- Progress a candidate to the next stage of the recruitment process
- Reject a candidate from the recruitment process
- Withdraw a candidate from the recruitment process
- Hold a candidate at the current stage of the recruitment process
- View emails sent to the candidate and resend if required
- View the completed online application form
- Complete outstanding recruiter forms
- View additional forms (from candidate, recruiters and referees)
- Edit any form
- View & download candidate files (e.g. CV)
- Upload candidate related files (e.g. Certificates)
- Input screening comments and scores (allocated Hiring Managers only)
- View all screening comments and scores
- View the full time & date stamped application history
- View & add application notes
- View any additional applications made by the candidate
- Add a candidate grade 1-5
N.B. Only HR Administrators can view Record Cards, not Hiring Managers.
