National Insurance Number Text Box

National Insurance Text Boxes are used to force candidates to enter a properly formatted National Insurance Number.

If the candidate enters anything other than a properly formatted NI number in this field, they will not be able to submit the form.

To add a new National Insurance Text Box to your form:

  1. Click Create a New Component > National Insurance Text Box
  2. Type the Question Text to appear next to the answer box (e.g. National Insurance Number)
  3. Add the National Insurance Number Merge Tag
  4. Set the Layout to determine if the answer box appears adjacent to the question text (Horizontal) or underneath the question text (Vertical)
  5. Tick the Required box if you would like to make the question mandatory (i.e. the form can't be submitted until the question is answered)
  6. Press Save & Return or Save & Add Another if you need to add another component to your form

This field is used for UK based positions.
